Beta Gamma House

In 1959 two chapters at Penn State – Phi Kappa and Theta Kappa Phi- merged to become the Beta Gamma Chapter of Phi Kappa Theta. Following the merger the Theta Kappa Phi brothers moved into the existing Phi Kappa House at 338 E. Fairmount Ave. You can still find our chapter proudly occupying our original home at 338 E. Fairmount Ave today.

After losing our charter in 1991 Beta Gamma Chapter was able to recolonize in 1996. On November 9, 1996 we officially rechartered and rejoined the Penn State Greek system. Our collegiates were able to move back into the house in August 1997.
